Final Date & Venue Confirmed
As this year's fixtures are officially over, it can finally be confirmed that Reading Roadrunners will be going to the final, and Sandhurst Joggers will be fighting it out for the plate.The final is going to be on the 26th March at Bramcote School, Nottingham (again). Unfortunately the organizers failed to arrange the alternate venue promised, thanks to more pesky local council intervention, so we can all look forward to an 'ankle-break-tastic' race at the usual locale. All joking aside, this should be a great event where there is no doubt that both of the TVXC representative teams can do well! Follow this link for a map...
METRO'S FIXTURE CANCELLED
For the information of all those who participate in the league, the Metros fixture has been cancelled as the local council have withdrawn permission to use the planned venue. They have stated that they believe that we may potentially cause irrepairable damage to the ground. Clearly they are getting cross country mixed up with motor-cross, but there you go. Metro's look forward to providing us with a fixture next year, possibly at a different venue.Fixture dates, club home pages & photo pages updated...
Apologies for the delay in website updating. Technical error at my end, as sadly my computer reached the end of it's life recently and funds for replacement web design software were not forthcoming. For all your information the fixture dates are now up to date & correct. Furthermore, the links to the clubs on the links page are now accurate. Finally, if one clicks on the photo's option on the menu bar above, it links you to Andy Leslie's photo's of the events.
